Job Description:
Symantec, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Manage a team of customer service representatives - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Conduct regular training sessions for customer service staff - Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities - Independent and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Attention to detail and strategic planning skills - Knowledge of CRM software and customer service best practices
