Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Genworth Financial is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they deliver excellent service to our clients - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement - Resolve complex customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular training and development sessions for customer service staff - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent analytical abilities to identify patterns and trends in customer feedback - Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer service team - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
