Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Nike is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be energetic and reliable, with excellent communication and presentation skills.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the customer service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach customer service representatives to ensure consistent service standards - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Familiarity with customer relationship management systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
