Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Cascades Canada is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service operations, including managing a team of customer service representatives, handling customer inquiries and escalations, developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure they are providing exceptional service to customers - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to track performance and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular training sessions for customer service representatives to improve skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and find solutions to customer issues - Adaptable and energetic personality - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple requests simultaneously
