Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


ABM Industries is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a part-time position suitable for someone with mid-to-senior level experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer service representatives and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of remote customer service representatives, setting and monitoring performance goals. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and outcomes. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolution. - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Train and onboard new customer service team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. - Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to improve the overall customer experience. - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives. - Maintain a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering a productive and motivated work environment.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - 7 years of experience in a customer service management role. - Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing customer service teams. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Reliable and adaptable personality traits. - People management and critical thinking soft skills. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. - Experience with remote team management is a plus.
