Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Sysco is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for someone with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Develop and implement customer service strategies to meet company goals - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to implement new processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience - Train and coach customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service management - Confident and adaptable personality - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
