Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

Emerson Electric is seeking a highly experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of relevant experience in customer service management.

As the Remote Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of remote customer service agents, ensuring that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will develop and implement customer service policies and procedures, monitor service quality, and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing customer feedback and data to drive strategic decisions and enhance the overall customer experience.
