Job Description:
As a Customer Service Manager at Fidelity National Information Services in Montreal, Quebec, CA, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service possible. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority requiring at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and mentor customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations of customer service team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and energetic personality traits - Critical thinking and cooperation soft skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
