Job Description:
Time Warner is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Service Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve overall customer experience. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to products or services. 4. Provide feedback and coaching to team members to promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in customer service. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance metrics to senior management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to drive innovation in customer service strategies.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory position. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a customer-centric mindset. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Strategic planning and decision-making abilities. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
