Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Pelmorex Corp is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, with the opportunity for travel and Visa sponsorship. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 6. Lead training and development initiatives for the customer service team to ensure ongoing professional growth. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve operations.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software. 6. Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team. 7. Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 8. Strong presentation and research skills.
