Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


Dana Holding is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management, with a strong track record of success in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Managing a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Handling escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitoring and analyzing customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing leadership and guidance to the customer service team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction - Implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty - Working closely with senior management to develop and execute customer service initiatives


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service management - Proven ability to effectively lead and manage a team - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and energetic personality - Strong cooperation skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
