Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


Jarden is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Montreal, Quebec. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Review and update customer service policies and procedures to reflect industry best practices and company standards. 7. Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.


Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in customer service management. 2. Resourceful and reliable personality traits. 3. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and customer service technologies. 7. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
