Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


CHS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to work remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a customer service role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Create and maintain customer service policies and procedures - Train and onboard new customer service team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a customer service role - Proven experience managing a team of customer service representatives - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Time management and creativity soft skills - Experience working remotely is a plus
