Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


HRG Group is seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Montreal, Quebec. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure excellent customer support and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve overall customer experience - Create and maintain customer service metrics and reports for management review - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Train and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred - Proven track record in customer service management with at least 7 years of experience - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated innovation and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
