Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Canadian National Railway Company is seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Service Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Officer will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Work on special projects as assigned by the Customer Service Manager - Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service policies and procedures - Assist with training new customer service representatives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong teamwork and project management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
