Job Description:
NVR is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time position with entry-level seniority, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the customer service industry.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, product orders, and issue resolution - Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find effective solutions - Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment by embodying a driven and energetic attitude - Implement creative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Handle a high volume of customer interactions in a professional and efficient manner
