Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a resilient and hardworking Customer Service Officer to join our team at Viacom in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess exceptional critical thinking skills and a strong ability to work well in a team environment.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Provide assistance and resolution to customer issues and complaints - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements - Meet personal and team performance goals


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
