Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Newell Brands is seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Service Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time Associate level role, the Customer Service Officer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product questions, order inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. 8. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.


Requirements: - 3 years of customer service experience. - Strong planning and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - High school diploma or equivalent.
