Job Description - Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Symantec, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Reliable and adaptable under pressure. 5. Strong emotional intelligence and cooperation skills. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
