Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team at CAE in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly - Process customer orders and provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive revenue growth - Maintain customer records and update the CRM system with relevant information - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively seek feedback to improve service quality - Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service-related role - Confident and driven personality with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus
