Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Molina Healthcare is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, independent, a team player, and creative.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1+ years of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve effectively - Energetic and independent individual with a creative mindset
