Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Staples is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and supporting the overall satisfaction of our valued customers.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with product selection and purchase recommendations - Processing customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment - Upselling products and services to increase sales revenue - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Creativity and innovation in finding solutions to customer problems - Equal opportunity statement - Must be able to work part-time and have a flexible schedule - Retirement plan, company equipment, and free food benefits offered
