Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure all interactions meet company standards - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and recommend solutions - Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer service metrics
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate and motivated about providing exceptional customer service - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Excellent decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with a diverse team
