Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Veritiv is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, hardworking, and possess excellent teamwork and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department 3. Process customer orders and ensure accurate information is entered into the system 4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience 6. Meet and exceed customer service goals and performance metrics 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet 6. Energetic and hardworking personality with a positive attitude 7. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
