Job Description - Customer Service Officer


Job Description:


Boston Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from clients, providing accurate information and assistance - Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends - Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Proficiency in research and data analysis - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
