Job Description - Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Nike is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. As a Remote Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information - Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs - Demonstrating a high level of energy and reliability in all interactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Creativity and teamwork soft skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer service software - A passion for customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations
