Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Officer at Celgene, located in Montreal, Quebec, CA, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be independent and adaptable, with excellent attention to detail and a cooperative attitude.


Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Providing accurate information to clients regarding products and services - Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction - Processing orders and managing customer accounts - Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Maintaining customer records and updating databases - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues


Requirements: - Associate Level or equivalent experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
