Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team at C.H. Robinson Worldwide in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product and service information, order status, and issue resolution - Track and manage customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues
