Job Description:
Southwest Airlines is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, confident, possess strong research skills, and demonstrate emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various remote channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues or complaints - Conduct research to answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information - Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence when dealing with challenging situations - Meet and exceed customer service KPIs and goals set by the company - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service roles - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful and confident in problem-solving - Proven emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure
