Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Pembina Pipeline Corporation is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a dedicated and resourceful personality.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information about products and services - Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow company policies and procedures to deliver high-quality service - Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
