Job Description:
Enterprise Products Partners is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time entry-level position requires a confident and resourceful individual who possesses excellent people management skills and creativity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and any other inquiries they may have. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required. 6. Must be confident, resourceful, and have excellent people management skills. 7. Creativity and problem-solving skills are essential. 8. Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
