Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Yum Brands is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Montreal, Quebec. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support - Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products and services - Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and creativity - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
