Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This position allows for remote work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Processing orders and tracking shipments - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Critical thinking and strategic planning abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
