Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at J.P. Morgan Chase in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This is a part-time position, with an Associate Level seniority requiring at least 4 years of experience. The successful candidate will have a hardworking and driven personality, with strong research and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and escalation of customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
