Job Description:
Performance Food Group is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based in Montreal, Quebec, CA, and offers the flexibility to work from home. As an Entry Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction 3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our system 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Providing product information and pricing to customers as needed 6. Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to customers
Requirements: 1. Motivated and driven individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service 2. Strong negotiation skills to handle customer complaints effectively 3. Ability to conduct thorough research to provide accurate information to customers 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software 6. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
