Job Description:
Sealed Air is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer, working from home in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat - Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner - Provide product information and assist customers with order processing - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team success
Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience in people management or conflict resolution is a plus - Must have a quiet home office space with high-speed internet access - Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
