Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Toronto, Ontario, CA, providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with policy information, claims processing, and general inquiries. 3. Process payments, update customer records, and provide support with policy changes. 4. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to effectively assist customers. 6. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong cooperation and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
