Job Description:
Sears Holdings is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns and issues - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Assist customers with product recommendations and information - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences - Utilize strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet performance goals - Utilize time management skills to handle high call volumes and respond to customer inquiries promptly - Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation of interactions
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent time management skills - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required
