Customer Service Representative

Realogy Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will have a positive and energetic personality, with a drive to be motivated. They should possess strong analytical and research skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Research and resolve customer concerns with attention to detail 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately 5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Energetic and motivated personality 7. Analytical and research skills
