Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Disney in Montreal, Quebec, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our guests and customers. Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong people management and project management skills. 3. Hardworking and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 7. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.
