Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Seaspan ULC is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of customer service experience and possess a high level of energy and independence.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat channels - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Manage customer accounts and process orders accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or related field - Strong people management skills with the ability to adapt to different customer needs - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and independent with a strong work ethic
