Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Asbury Automotive Group in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our valued clients. This part-time position at the associate level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Resourceful and dedicated individual with a passion for helping others - Strong people management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
