Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at FMC Technologies in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related field.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain customer records and update database with relevant information - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain resilient and confident in high-pressure situations - Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and create positive experiences - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
