Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ecolab in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and live chat in a prompt and professional manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, order placements, and issue resolutions. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solving. 4. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers when appropriate. 5. Use teamwork skills to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance customer service skills. 8. Contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service. 2. Resilient personality to handle challenging customer interactions. 3. Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. 4. Strong persuasion skills to effectively upsell products and services. 5.
