Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Representative to join CBS in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer concerns and issues efficiently and effectively - Educating customers on products and services offered by CBS - Processing customer orders and returns accurately - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving skills
