Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ford Motor Company in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner. 4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford products, services, and promotions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Driven and dedicated individual who is passionate about customer satisfaction. 3. Strong creative and analytical skills to solve problems effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
