Job Description:

AbbVie is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, independent, and have strong persuasion and decision-making skills. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
