Customer Service Representative

Our company, Exxon Mobil, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This position is entry-level, making it the perfect opportunity for individuals with zero years of experience to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders in a timely manner - Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with customers - Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to customers - Work independently to complete tasks and make informed decisions - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and enhance overall customer experience - Manage projects and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations

Requirements: - Independent and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Strong decision-making skills and ability to effectively manage projects - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes - A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a college degree is preferred - Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
