Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at CenturyLink. As a part-time position based in Toronto, Ontario, CA, this role is perfect for entry-level professionals who are looking to gain valuable experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a remote setting - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information - Use your confident and independent personality traits to engage with customers effectively - Utilize your planning and negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call resolution, and quality standards

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confident and independent personality traits - Soft skills in planning and negotiation - Must be able to work remotely and have access to a stable internet connection - High school diploma or equivalent required
