Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Lithia Motors in Toronto, Ontario, CA is seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, complaints, and other issues - Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Communicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a strong knowledge of products and services offered by the company - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to foster a global village mentality - Utilize people management and decision-making skills to provide top-tier service - Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Must be passionate and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong people management and decision-making skills - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues worldwide - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
